We would like to send a huge thanks to the ViberStore for their invaluable help over the past year and also for their amazing support with our National Makeup Free Challenge 2020.
Our Patron Simon Delaney accepted a cheque for an incredible €5,123 from Brian from the ViberStore. This money has already helped fund mobility items such as mobility trikes and a specially adapted car seat. From all the team at Variety Ireland and from all the children you have helped – Thank You!!
We would also like to give a massive thanks to all the Miss Ireland 2021 finalists who were fantastic supporters of this initiative and who themselves took part and went ‘Makeup Free’ for a day, as well as our many other fundraisers throughout Ireland.
Our next Makeup Free Challenge will take place February 2022!
The National Makeup Free Challenge is nationwide initiative designed to help raise self-awareness and promote “Inner beauty” to people across Ireland in aid of Variety – the Children’s Charity of Ireland. The Makeup Free Challenge was sponsored in 2020 by leading Irish mobile phone and electronics providers ViberStore.ie and supported by the Miss Ireland team.
The challenge encourages both men and women to go “makeup free”, whilst also challenging a friend to do the same in helping to raise funds which will go to providing special mobility and educational equipment to children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.
