Here at Variety Ireland, we love to help children any way we can, by providing equipment that will benefit a child both physically and mentally. Did you know that not only do we provide specialised mobility equipment, but also educational aids such as an iPad to the lovely Mia, whose mum and dad just sent us this note:
“We would like to thank Variety Ireland for gifting our daughter, Mia, an iPad for educational purposes and to support her learning.
Mia has a diagnosis of Down syndrome and is in 3rd class in mainstream school. The iPad has already proven to be hugely beneficial in assisting her with school projects, subjects such as geography and history and strengthening her literacy skills.
As Mia is a visual learner the iPad will help to improve her ability to recall facts and retain learning.
