Cycling Inclusion Day This Weekend!

Following on from the launch of our Cycling Inclusion West in Sligo late last month, Variety – the Children’s Charity of Ireland are delighted to announce the  next venue for our inclusive cycling crew who will visit Lough Key Forest Park, Boyle Co Roscommon this coming Saturday where people with mobility issues can enjoy safe cycling on a selection of special adaptive mobility bikes.

Saturday 7th March 2026
Time: 12pm to 2pm

Our selection of bikes include:

Wheelchair bikes

– Side by side tandems

– Special adaptive mobility bikes and trikes

Our experienced team of bike handlers will be on site on the day to supervise people looking to exercise safe cycling on our fleet of special mobility bikes.

The event starts at 12pm and will finish at 2pm.

Cycling Inclusion West is a Variety Ireland mobile cycling initiative who partner with Comotion and is supported by the HSE, The Department of Children Equality, Disability Integration and Youth and The Department of Transport. Throughout the coming months, our team will be visiting locations in Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Leitrim, Donegal, and Roscommon where people with mobility issues can enjoy safe cycling on a range of special mobility trikes.
